Annual Report 2010-11

The annual report is a report on the operations of the Australia Council for the 2010-11 financial year.

This year's annual report provides a summary of the Australia Council's achievements in 2010/11 and demonstrates its commitment to art, artists and audiences across the country.

Some of the key indicators of the Australia Council's activity over the year were:

$163.8 million in total grant and project funding to artists and arts organisations
1,897 Australia Council grants and projects
7,541 new artistic works created with Australia Council support
6,989 new artistic works presented with Australia Council support
917 individual artists funded (directly and devolved)
1,085 grants to organisations
16.5 million attendances at Australia Council-supported events.
