Tender: Emerging Leaders Development Program - Mentoring services
The Australia Council is looking to engage a contractor to design and deliver the mentoring component of the 2012 Emerging Leaders Development Program.
Background
As part of the Australia Council’s focus on the excellence and sustainability of the arts sector, the Arts Organisations Division will support leadership development of the sector’s best managers.
The Australia Council previously identified a gap in leadership training aimed at supporting arts leaders through specialised training, mentoring and coaching. In April 2011, the council launched a pilot program and is currently supporting 23 arts leaders from across the country.
The program will now be delivered for the second year in 2012 and then again in 2013. The program is a five day residential workshop followed by a period of mentoring by respected senior executives. The purpose of this Request for Tenders (RFT) is to recruit a provider that will be delivering the mentoring component of the program.
How to submit a tender
Tenders must be lodged by 2pm local Sydney time on 10 February 2012. Tenders can only be sent via email to the following email address:k.dupreez@australiacouncil.gov.au (see below for information on this change) tenders@australiacouncil.gov.au.
All documents, including supporting material, must be in MS Word or PDF format. FAXED or POST tenders will not be accepted. LATE TENDERS will not be accepted.
