Sarah Last is an artist and freelance curator who is based in regional Australia. She received funding from Inter-arts for WIRED Lab - an audio-based research group.
The group is focused on further developing Australian sound artist Alan Lamb’s pioneering work with ‘The Wires’, an instrument consisting of tightly strained spans of fencing wire that stretch up to 300 metres across open landscape.
Sarah has extensive experience writing grant applications, and provides fantastic tips on how to submit a winning application.
She is currently ANAT's Embracing Sound Program Manager and a PhD Candidate at Queensland University of Technology.
