InFuse

InFuse is for organisations, or groups in partnership with an organisation, to provide opportunities for forums, workshops or master classes for critical discussion of hybrid and interdisciplinary arts practice in Australia.

InFuse aims to address issues of conceptual development and critical debate among artists working in interdisciplinary practice as well as creating new relationships between emerging and established artists that support career development. Project proposals through Infuse must include a framework for follow-up activities that encourage longer-term contact between participants.

Proposals submitted as part of Infuse are selected based on the following criteria:

  • Potential for the proposed activity to develop new networks and/or new longer-term collaborations between artists
  • Potential for the proposed activity to build knowledge about conceptual development in interdisciplinary arts and/or add to the level of critical debate about the practice
  • The proposed activity has adequate support from other partners.

Infuse does not have a closing date and proposals will be considered on a case-by-case basis, within the budget limitations of the inter-arts office. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. You must first discuss your proposal with inter-arts office staff.

Please note: only one application per calendar year is permitted to the InFuse initiative
