Young artsworkers mentoring program

Youth Arts Queensland

The Young artsworkers mentoring program (YAMP) is about establishing partnerships between young and experienced artists or artsworkers. Participants usually live in the same region of Queensland, and try to meet, or communicate about their creative work in some way, every couple of weeks. Mentoring is a partnership where both parties can benefit from sharing knowledge, industry networks, ideas and experience.

Lord Mayor's young and emerging artists fellowship

Brisbane City Council

This program supports young and emerging Brisbane artists aged between 17 and 30 to develop their careers by:

  • participating in national or international training
  • joining development programs

Creative sparks
