Participants for the 2012 Emerging Leaders Development Program announced
22 arts leaders from across the country selected to take part in the second year of the Australia Council for the Arts Emerging Leaders Development Program.

The Australia Council previously identified a gap in leadership training aimed at supporting arts leaders through specialised training, mentoring and coaching. In April 2011, the council launched a pilot program and supported 23 arts leaders in the first year of the program.The second year of the program will take place in Melbourne in April 2012.
The above participants will take part in a five day residential workshop at the prestigious Melbourne Business School’s Mt Eliza campus followed by a period of mentoring and coaching with respected senior executives.
The Australia Council would also like to thank all the applicants for their interest in the program.
Applications for the 2013 program will open in August next year and emerging leaders are encouraged to register their detail on our mailing list for future updates.
