User satisfaction survey: request for tender

The Australia Council for the Arts invites tenders to undertake a user satisfaction survey.
The research to be undertaken will be a survey of applicants for Australia Council funding to determine how satisfied applicants are with the current funding process and how the Australia Council might improve it in the future.
It should examine the applicants’ experience of applying for funding – specifically their satisfaction with the end-to-end process including communication with the Australia Council. The results of the survey will inform future funding program delivery and related communication.
Tenders close at 2pm on Friday 21 December 2007. The project is due for completion by 21 April 2008.
