The Artsupport Australia team mentors artists and arts organisations and advises individuals, foundations and trusts on giving to the arts.
The Artsupport Australia team has extensive experience in fields such as law, business, philanthropy, indigenous arts and cultural management. Artsupport Australia has managers in Sydney, Western Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Director
Louise Walsh
Louise Walsh is the founding Director of Artsupport Australia. From Sydney she leads the Artsupport Australia team and mentors artists and arts organisations. Louise also works with the philanthropic sector to raise awareness of the benefits of giving to the arts.
West Australian Manager
James Boyd
With significant experience in company, venue, festival and events management, as well as sponsorship, philanthropy, cultural planning and community development, James Boyd was the ideal candidate for the position of Manager, Western Australia (WA).
Queensland Manager
Fiona Maxwell
Artsupport Australia's Queensland Manager, Fiona Maxwell, joined the team in 2010 after a highly successful career as Executive Director of Melbourne’s Next Wave Festival.
Northern Territory Manager
Gillian Harrison
Originally from Melbourne, Artsupport Australia’s Northern Territory Manager, Gillian Harrison, worked as a musician and in a range of community music initiatives at local and national levels before moving to Darwin in 1993.
New South Wales Manager
Caroline Vu
Caroline Vu joined Artsupport Australia in October 2010 in a new role dedicated to the arts sector in Western Sydney - a region with the fastest-growing population in Australia - and Aboriginal arts in regional New South Wales.
Victorian Manager
Judy Buchan
With a background in State and Federal politics, Judy brings to the role a depth of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising and management consulting.
South Australia Manager
Alison Beare
Alison Beare has over 20 years experience as an arts administrator and is deeply committed to promoting Australia’s most outstanding artists. She is a graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium High School and has a Bachelor of Music (Performance) majoring in cello from the University of Adelaide.
