AIM Rebecca Gregory Indigenous Scholarship 2008

Submissions are now open for the AIM Rebecca Gregory Indigenous Scholarship 2008. Launched last year, this training scholarship is designed to inspire and enhance the skills of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander managers and leaders.

This scholarship will be awarded to an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leader or manager residing in NSW or the ACT, irrespective of education or age who, in the opinion of the ludging panel, exemplifies high standards of management within their community and sphere of influence and who has provided the best 500 word written response to the management statement,

"I believe the most important contribution I can make to management in an organisation is"...and explain why.

Prize information
The recipient of The AIM Rebecca Gregory Indigenous Scholarship 2008 will receive AIM NSW and ACT management training of their choice to a value of $6,000, two years free AIM Personal Membership, a $2,000 travel and accommodation allowance to encourage those from regional areas to apply and the official AIM Rebecca Gregory Indigenous Scholarship 2008 Certificate of Excellence.

About the Scholarship
The AIM Rebecca Gregory Indigenous Scholarship acknowledges the passing of a former AIM employee - Rebecca Gregory, and is a tribute to both her Aboriginal heritage and the continuous support she personally gave to AIM Members during her time at the NSW office of the Australian Institute of Management.
