2018 Marketing, Communications and Ticketing Summit

The Australia Council Marketing Summit returns in 2018 with a wider variety of content and a new title to match: Australia Council Marketing, Communications and Ticketing SummitKnowing me, knowing you! is the theme of this year's Summit – quite simply we’ll explore what we know and what we don’t, how we can know more and what our audiences need to know about us!

We’ve teamed up with Mission Tickets who are curating some amazing ticketing professionals and an engaging product exhibition. We listened to your feedback from last year’s survey and are covering as many areas as we can of your nominated topics:

  • Meeting and exceeding your audience expectations
  • Contextualised engagement and peronsonalisation
  • CRM technology and customer/client development and journeys
  • Data management – business intelligence systems
  • Challenges – ticketing, data, systems
  • ...and much more!

Lucy Perry, an award-winning leader, consultant and author will open the Summit; Tomer Garzburg, founder and CEO of Gronade, will explore the intersections of Digital DNA, Science and Segmentation; and Zan RoweBenjamin Law and many more will help us know ourselves and our audiences better over the two days. I am looking forward to sharing the full program in the coming weeks with details of the speakers, keynotes, masterclasses and workshops, and of course lots of time for you to network in fun ways!

Australia Council Marketing Summit

Each year we invite artists, arts workers, academics and leading thinkers to come together and connect with a diverse range of arts marketers. Aside from offering professional development, this event is committed to ensuring more Australians have access to and engage with the arts.

Marketing Summit 2016 explored the theme – Valuing the Arts.  Never before has there been a more important time to celebrate the value of our great arts and artists, from all over the world and from our many and varied cultures.
