Children, their parents and the arts: some guidelines for working with parents of young children

A useful guide for arts and cultural organisations, policy makers, early childhood educators and researchers of children's development.
Children, their parents and the arts is a result of a learning partnership between Queensland University of Technology, Queensland Performing Arts Centre's Out of the Box Festival of Early Childhood and the Australia Council for the Arts.
The guide aims to enhance outcomes for children, parents and communities in any context where children are introduced to the arts - classrooms, galleries, public spaces and other informal and creative learning environments.
