The Australia Council for the Arts' Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) is the major showcase of Australian contemporary performing arts to international and national presenters and producers.
This review of the last five Australian Performing Arts Market confirms the Market's value for Australian artists, with two thirds of Australian performing arts companies surveyed stating they had secured a national or international tour as a direct result of APAM.
In addition, 84 per cent of international delegates surveyed said future tours to their region were likely as a result of attending the Market.
