The workshop will focus on the role of leadership and HR, the importance of culture to organisational performance, performance management, identifying and managing talent in our organisation.

- $200 per workshop for Key Organisations companies
- $600 per workshop for Major Performing Arts companies
* The course fee covers course materials, refreshments and lunches. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
