Emerging Leaders Development Program
The Australia Council’s Emerging Leaders Development Program supports leading arts managers as they further develop their careers and become our future arts leaders.
The Emerging Leaders Development Program aims to support future arts leaders through specialised training, mentoring and coaching. The program, which was launched in 2011, is now in its third year.
Participants in 2013 will attend a five day residential workshop followed by a period of mentoring and coaching. The program is designed to cover a broad range of topics that will stimulate discussion with other emerging arts leaders, enhancing their knowledge and skills to face the challenges of their future careers.
