The Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) is Australia’s leading, internationally focused industry event for contemporary performing arts. 

APAM is the leading international industry event for contemporary performing arts from Australia and New Zealand. APAM 2018 is presented by the Australia Council for the Arts in partnership with Brisbane Powerhouse. Brisbane City Council  is the principal supporter of APAM. APAM 2018 Applications Now Open

Keen to get your show on the national or international touring circuit? Want to find partners for your new work in development? Apply now to be part of APAM 2018!

With a key focus on increasing international and national touring outcomes and business development opportunities for the performing arts sector – APAM 2018 will be held in Brisbane, Queensland, 19 – 23 February 2018. Artist applications are accepted for two program categories: Showcase (for productions that have premiered and are tour-ready); and Pitch (for works in development). Program applications close midnight 3 July 2017 (AEST) via

APAM Roadshow Information Sessions will be held across Australia and in Auckland during March and April 2017. Hear from APAM participants, meet Brisbane Powerhouse and Australia Council representatives and ask questions about the event. Information Sessions are open to all.
