Festival Arts Leadership Exchange

The two day Arts Leadership Exchange offers an interactive learning experience to inspire and enhance festival leadership. The program is tailored to suit emerging and mid-career professionals, and responds to current leadership challenges and opportunities in the festival sector. Recognising that everyone has something to contribute, the facilitation will be centred on peer learning and collaboration.

This exchange is part of the Australia Council for the Arts’ Leadership Program, hosted in partnership with Festivals Adelaide. The Australia Council has a long history in building the resilience and sustainability of the arts sector through strengthening its leaders.

Who is the program for?

The exchange is designed for professionals from arts and cultural festivals who are within the first 10-15 years of their career. The program will suit participants who are willing to openly explore their leadership.
