Governance Program

Program Overview

The Governance Program is a flexible series of workshops and learning opportunities that aim to build knowledge and capabilities across the sector about good governance practices. Components will include targeted workshops in locations across the country, enhanced good governance guidelines, peer-to-peer learning and other online resources. We will soon be announcing the delivery partner for this program, an institution with high level expertise and credentials in governance. Council will be working with our delivery partner on program design in consultation with the sector so it is targeted, relevant and engaging. The content will include core good governance topics but will also cover arts specific issues such the board’s role in managing the artistic health of an organisation and new governance models.
