Carrie Tiffany

Carrie Tiffany’s first novel, Everyman's Rules for Scientific Living, won the Prize for an Unpublished Manuscript by an Emerging Victorian Writer at the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards.

It was published to great reviews in Australia in June 2005 and in 2006 was highly commended for the Australian Literary Society Award and shortlisted in the Miles Franklin Award. It was published in the UK and US in 2006. In the UK it was shortlisted for the 2006 Orange Prize and the 2006 Guardian’s First Book Award. In the USA/Canada Everyman’s Rules for Scientific Living achieved a starred review in Publishers’ Weekly and Kirkus and was Book Sense Pick for May and Book of the Month Club for May. She is currently working on her second novel.
