East Gippsland Aboriginal Arts Corporation
The East Gippsland Aboriginal Arts Corporation (EGAAC) represents all five East Gippsland Aboriginal communities from Sale to the NSW border in artforms including paintings, pastels, printmaking and basket weaving.
EGAAC was formed in 1993 by a group of committed Aboriginal artists and performers. EGAAC advocates for and creates awareness of South Eastern Indigenous Victorian artwork and performance by providing resources, commercial opportunities, skill development and programs that heal and link communities.
EGACC is a key organisation of the Australia Council for the Arts’ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander arts board.
