Ilbijerri Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Theatre Co-op

Ilbijerri exists to provide a voice for Indigenous stories and support the professional development of Indigenous Theatre practitioners. 

Ilbijerri Theatre was formed by Indigenous theatre practitioners and community members in 1990.  Innovative and challenging Indigenous theatre in Victoria helps the community come together for ceremony.

Ilbijerri  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Theatre Co-op is  a key organisation of the Australia Council's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander arts board.
