Print Ink - MMM

Print Ink is a Melbourne-based design collaboration of Lisa Carroll, Nadia Husiak and Jason Cesani. Established in 2005, the company produces original textile designs, working with allied design industries - fashion, interiors and homewares.

Print Ink’s was awarded an Australia Council Maker to Manufacturer to Market (MMM) grant for the creation of a wallpaper range that would offer an Australian alternative to the import-dominated market and a contemporary advance on the Florence Broadhurst wallpapers that have experienced a rebirth in popularity recently.

Ten designs in four colourways, ranging from intricate paisleys and folk florals to bold geometrics, are being designed and are currently in manufacture. The designs refer to the strong historical trends in wallpaper design without being derivative.
