Making a Grant Application

Once you have decided which grant program is right for you, you need to make a grant application and submit it for peer assessment.

Grant applications are submitted through our online system. If you are using the system for the first time you will need to register your details to access the grant application.

We do not accept applications submitted via post. Any material received by post will not be assessed and will be returned to the sender. If you think you will have difficulty submitting your application online, please contact the grants team.

We will ask you to provide an email address when you register - this becomes your user ID. It is important that you remember this email address as you’ll need it to start, edit, save and submit an application. Once registered you will be able to submit an application as an individual, on behalf of a group, or on behalf of an organisation.

Our online system allows you to save your work and come back to it at any time for review or further editing. You can do this as often as you like prior to submitting the application. Once submitted, the application cannot be edited further. If you do not submit an application you are working on it remains in our system and can be submitted at future closing dates.

Our Online System is a secure site. This means that computers using older, unsupported operating systems or browsers may not be able to access it.

Our Online System has not been tested on older operating systems, such as: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME (2000), Windows XP, Mac OS8 and OS9. You may not be able to use any or all of the features available in our Online System if using older browsers or operating systems
