Our new systems

Welcome to our information page about our new systems. For the past year we have been working behind the scenes to prepare for the implementation of our new systems that will support your engagement with the Australia Council.

Over the coming months we will be updating each system and during this time there will be periods when the systems that you are familiar with come offline and are replaced with the new systems. This information page will contain current information about the various stages of the updates.

The new Application Management System is now open for the below opportunities:

- PPCA

- UKARIA

- International Arts Strategy Outcomes Fund

Arts Projects and Career Development applications for our 4 June closing date are not yet open. We plan to have them available from 1 April. Please check our website for further updates over the coming weeks or contact us at any time.

Application Management System

From the 6 February 2019 the current application system will no longer be accessible through the website. The new Application Management System will come on line from Wednesday 20 February 2019.

I have commenced an application and now can’t access it. What do I do?

  • We are retaining all the data from our old system. If you started an application in the old system we can retrieve that data. Please contact a grants officer for further information.

I submitted an application to the February grant round and want to know what to do next. What do I do?

  • Applications to the 5 February 2019 closing date will be assessed in the usual way. You will receive a notification from us in late April regarding the outcome of your application.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

If you are an existing user of our application system

From Thursday 21 February you will be able to access our new Application Management System. When you enter the new system for the first time, please reset your password using the Reset or Create password button. You will be asked to submit your email address.

We’ll then send you an email with your new User Login ID and a link for resetting your password.

When you return to the new Application Management System, please check your contact details. If you represent an organisation and do not see the organisation listed in the contact details please contact a grants officer. Contact details are above.

What happens if I want to submit an application for a group?

  • We no longer accept registrations from groups. Registered individuals can still make applications on behalf of a group.

Acquittals and Grant Reports

In our new system acquittals have a new name: Grant Reports. From the 6 February the current application system will no longer be accessible through the website.
