About this episode

How can we best look after your own and others mental health and wellbeing? How do we find new creative ways to check in with each other?

The impact of COVID-19 is being felt across our sector, leaving many people in very difficult situations with limited options. This has a direct impact on our mental health and wellbeing.

The session will be hosted by Tracy Margieson (The Arts Wellbeing Collective) and Greta Bradman (psychologist and performer) as they provide practical guidance, resources and support around mental health and wellbeing during periods of isolation, loss of employment and precarious futures.
