About this episode

Amidst these uncertain times, are there alternative approaches or opportunities within traditional business models? How can we think differently about traditional structures and ways of working, and is now the opportune time to challenge these or pivot?

In this session, hosted by design and innovation leader Tarra van Amerongen, we will introduce a practical, new tool – the Arts Business Model canvas – and explain how it can be used for strategy, designing, redesigning and checking in for individuals and organisations.

This is a practical session, and Tarra will guide us through the canvas template so we can apply the thinking directly to our own practice or organisation to develop alternatives or reimagine our business model.
