About this episode

What are the opportunities for artists and creatives to use the broadband technologies to unlock innovation and creative ideas? 

This session hosted by Jennifer Ganske, (education, tourism and the arts at NBN Australia) and will be a discussion with key arts practitioners around best practice and opportunities for the arts and cultural sector to engage and use the National Broadband Network in their practice.

Jennifer will explore the Melbourne Digital Concert Hall as a case study for digital innovation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The session will include technical expertise to unpack how leading organisations and artists have taken advantage of emerging technologies and developed innovative approached to creating, distributing and presenting work.

Creative Connections is an online webinar series for the cultural and arts sectors and will offer practical, accessible and useful content delivered by industry experts on key topics and emerging themes.

The series is focused around the theme of adaptation, and sessions will explore digital adaptation, leadership adaptation and arts practice adaptation. Sessions will be facilitated by experts in specific topic areas, with over thirty sessions available.
