Guest panelists:

Jonathan Llewellyn - Cowra Civic CentreJonathan has been an arts administrator for more than 20 years with a focus on arts marketing. Having spent many of those years focussing on audiences in Western Sydney, in December last year he made the tree change to become the venue manager of Cowra Civic Centre in regional NSW.

After 50 years, the Centre has had a change of direction. With no database, website, social media channels, ticketing system or staff, Jonathan has begun an exciting journey of transitioning the venue to a professionally run performing arts centre that seeks to collaborate with creative people in the region, generate employment opportunities and foster a culture of regular arts engagement.

Responding to the quote “You cannot discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a long time.” (Andre Gide), Jonathan discussed ideas for continuing to do what we do but not how we always do it.

Jacqui Bonner - Jacqui Bonner Marketing + Management: Manager, Jacqui Bonner Marketing + Management. JB M+M specialises in marketing communications and management, strategic analysis, project and campaign management, event management, social media marketing and training.

Drawing on over 20 years of marketing experience, JBM+M strengths lie in creating, managing and implementing innovative marketing communications solutions – whether it be selling tickets for arts productions, designing cross promotions for a liquor chain, managing international events, implementation and management of your social media channels or researching electronic banking for a major financial corporation.
